3D Nanoprinting of Multifunctional MgO Transparent Ceramics
ACS NanoTransparent ceramics face fabrication challenges in achieving high-resolution 3D architectures with optical isotropy and thermal/mechanical stability. While two-photon lithography (TPL) enables nanoscale 3D printing, existing inorganic TPL materials suffer from opacity, big shrinkage, and costly postprocessing.

Recent progress on 3D laser micro- and nanoprinting
Advanced Fabrication Technologies for Micro/Nano Optics and Photonics XIV, 2021We review our recent progress on laser-based 3D micro- and nanoprinting, including application examples, on (i) multi-material, and (ii) faster/scalable 3D printing. Regarding (i), we report on combining self-organization and 3D printing for light-scattering devices, stimuli-responsive liquid-crystal elastomer photoresists, and 3D polymer-metal ...

Full-color imaging with a 3D nanoprinted fiber endoscope
Optics LettersEndoscopic technology plays a crucial role in minimally invasive diagnostic procedures and precision industrial inspections. However, producing a microsized full-color endoscope has been challenging in fabrication and aberration corrections. In this paper, we propose a miniaturized fiber endoscope featuring multiple lens elements with freeform surfaces

Wafer-Scale Nanoprinting of 3D Interconnects beyond Cu
ACS NanoCloud operations and services, as well as many other modern computing tasks, require hardware that is run by very densely packed integrated circuits (ICs) and heterogenous ICs. The performance of these ICs is determined by the stability and properties of the interconnects between the semiconductor devices and ICs.

3D nanoprinting of high-numerical aperture multilevel metalenses.
3D Printed Optics and Additive Photonic Manufacturing IVWe present the development and evaluation of metalenses fabricated with the two-photon polymerization-based 3D nanoprinting technology. In our design, we investigated a periodic lattice of multilevel nanopillars, based on the natural ellipsoidal shape of the 3D voxel in the fabrication process.
