3D Object Detection Based on Graph Network Fusion Sampling Strategy

open access: yesJournal of Harbin University of Science and Technology
In the 3D target detection technology based on point cloud, there are problems like high cost of point cloud calculation and large gap between target scales, which lead to low target detection efficiency.

GraphDreamer: Compositional 3D Scene Synthesis from Scene Graphs

open access: yes2024 IEEE/CVF Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR)
As pretrained text-to-image diffusion models become increasingly powerful, recent efforts have been made to distill knowledge from these text-to-image pretrained models for optimizing a text-guided 3D model. Most of the existing methods generate a holistic 3D model from a plain text input. This can be problematic when the text describes a complex scene

3D VISUALISATION OF UNDERGROUND PIPELINES: BEST STRATEGY FOR 3D SCENE CREATION [PDF]

open access: yesISPRS Annals of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences, 2013
Underground pipelines pose numerous challenges to 3D visualization. Pipes and cables are conceptually simple and narrow objects with clearly defined shapes, spanned over large geographical areas and made of multiple segments. Pipes are usually maintained

Targeting a Myeloid–Regulatory B Cell Network Reverses Immune Paralysis in Periprosthetic Joint Infections

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Periprosthetic joint infection establishes a sophisticated immunosuppressive network between CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSCs and Bregs, inducing profound CD8+ T cell paralysis. Alendronate effectively disrupts this CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSC–Breg axis by targeting STAT3, thereby restoring local immune surveillance.
