Abstract Background Virtual Reality cognitive behavioral therapy (VR‐CBT) has proven to be an effective treatment method for paranoia and anxiety in psychosis. However, it is unknown, which individuals benefit most from VR‐CBT. Previous studies examined factors affecting the treatment effect of regular CBTp, including illness duration, paranoia ...

Learning Climbing Controllers for Physics‐Based Characters
This paper presents a physics‐based climbing controller that synthesizes climbing motions through two learning stages: hanging and climbing policy training. Experiments show the method effectively identifies optimal climbing postures and improves limb coordination across diverse slopes and hold patterns.

Shifted axis angular positioning mechanisms – unconventional use of exact constraint design
Paper presents some remarks about designing angular positioners having significant angular displacement and shifted axis of rotation. Those driving mechanism are useful in specific applications where mechanism wraps around other object or there is a need

Re-Computation of Numerical Results Contained in NACA Report No. 685 [PDF]
In an engineering note published in the Journal of Aircraft in the year 2000, Thomas A. Zeiler made generally known that some of the early works on aeroelastic flutter by Theodore Theodorsen and I.E. Garrick (NACA Report Nos. 496, 685, and 741) contained
