First Report of Anthracnose on Bitter Gourd Caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides in Korea
Anthracnose occurred in bitter gourd grown in Jeongup areas of Korea in 2011. Anthracnose of bitter gourd appeared as dark brown circular spots on naturally infected leaves and fruits.

In the title compound, C22H18FN3O, the triazole ring is planar. The plane of the triazole ring makes dihedral angles of 19.31 (10), 20.52 (10) and 39.82 (9)° with the planes of the benzene rings, indicating the overall nonplanarity of the molecule.

In the title compound, C21H19NO2S2, the seven-membered thiazepine ring adopts a slightly distorted twist boat conformation. The dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 67.4 (2)°. The mean plane of the thiophene ring is twisted by 59.3 (2) and 87.7 (2)

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
