Study on Electropolishing Conditions for 650 MHz Niobium SRF Cavity [PDF]
The PIP II linear accelerator includes different types of niobium SRF cavities including 650 MHz elliptical low (0.61) and high (0.92) beta cavities. The elliptical cavity surface is processed with the electropolishing method. The elliptical cavities especially the low-$\beta$ 650 MHz cavities showed a rough equator surface after the EP was per-formed ...

ALMACAL VII: First Interferometric Number Counts at 650 $μ$m [PDF]
Measurements of the cosmic far-infrared background (CIB) indicate that emission from many extragalactic phenomena, including star formation and black hole accretion, in the Universe can be obscured by dust. Resolving the CIB to study the population of galaxies in which this activity takes place is a major goal of submillimetre astronomy.

A Multicoloured View of 2S 0114+650 [PDF]
We report the results of radio and X-ray observations of the high mass X-ray binary 2S 0114+650, made with the Giant Meterwave Radio Telescope and the Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer respectively. No emission was detected at radio wavelengths.

Annotated checklist of fish cestodes from South America
An exhaustive literature search supplemented by a critical examination of records made it possible to present an annotated checklist of tapeworms (Cestoda) that, as adults or larvae (metacestodes), parasitize freshwater, brackish water and marine fishes,

Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing, And Lessons Learned Of The Prototype 650 Mhz Couplers [PDF]
Six 650 MHz high-power couplers will be integrated into the prototype High Beta 650 MHz (HB650) cryomodule for the PIP-II project at Fermilab. The design of the coupler is described, including design optimizations from the previous generation. This paper then describes the coupler life-cycle, including manufacturing, assembly, testing, conditioning ...

The M-sigma Relation for Nucleated Galaxies [PDF]
Momentum feedback from super-Eddington accretion offers a simple explanation for the observed M-sigma and M-M_{spheroid} relations between supermassive black holes (SMBH) and the spheroids of their host galaxies. Recently Ferrarese et al. and Wehner & Harris observed analogous relations between the masses of central star clusters and their hosts.

In this article, we show that mouse embryonic stem cell- or induced pluripotent stem cell-derived 3D retinal tissue developed a structured outer nuclear layer (ONL) with complete inner and outer segments even in an advanced retinal degeneration model ...

Functions and underlying mechanisms of miR-650 in human cancers
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are one type of noncoding RNAs that interfere with mRNA translation to downregulate gene expression, which results in posttranscriptional gene silencing.

H(650) -> W+W-/ZZ predicts H++ -> W+W+ and H+ -> ZW+, as indicated by LHC data [PDF]
Several indications for neutral scalars are observed at the LHC. One of them, a broad resonance peaked at about 650 GeV which we call H(650), was first observed by an outsider combining published histograms from ATLAS and CMS on ZZ -> 4 leptons searches, and this combination shows a local significance close to 4 s.d.
