BUDDHIST PHENOMENOLOGY AND THE PROBLEM OF ESSENCE [PDF]
In this paper, I intend to make a case for Buddhist phenomenology. By Buddhist phenomenology, I mean a phenomenological interpretation of Yogācāra’s doctrine of consciousness.

Emergence from Absolute Nothingness: A Foundational Cosmological Framework
This paper develops a cosmological framework in which the Universe originates from absolute Nothingness — a condition not of emptiness, but of complete non-being, devoid of space, time, mathematics, causality, or law. In such a state, the absence of prohibitive constraints renders emergence logically inevitable: what is not forbidden, occurs.

This study presents a new biodegradable coating for titanium implants using a natural antimicrobial peptide, caerin 1.9. Applied via solvent casting, the coating offers sustained antibacterial protection and promotes healing. Tested on 3D‐printed porous titanium scaffolds, it effectively prevented infection—including against resistant bacteria—while ...

The argument from facticity: reassessing realism in Sartre’s early philosophy
This paper argues that Jean-Paul Sartre’s early philosophy—above all Being and Nothingness—advances a distinctive and insufficiently examined form of realism.

Ductility Tuning via Cluster Network Characteristics of Porous Components
Network optimization via cluster characteristics induced by interaction of stress concentration is proposed, demonstrating increased cluster size and dispersion in non‐uniform porous components. The optimized structures exhibit, for the first time, that enhanced ductility and damage progression is controllable through zigzag cluster network designed by

On Affect: Function and Phenomenology [PDF]
This paper explores the nature of emotions by considering what appear to be two differing, perhaps even conflicting, approaches to affectivity—an evolutionary functional account, on the one hand, and a phenomenological view, on the other.

Optoelectronically Active GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge Heterojunctions Created via Semiconductor Grafting
Semiconductor Grafting enables a lattice‐mismatched GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge heterojunction with engineered band offsets and optical field distribution. The enlarged conduction and valence band discontinuities govern asymmetric carrier transport, producing bias‐dependent dual‐mode photodetection from visible to near‐infrared wavelengths.

A dual‐domain PSLC architecture enables direct comparison of alignment‐dependent laser damage within a single device. Crack‐like and seal‐like morphologies emerge under different damage conditions, and their evolution is interpreted through quantitative image analysis and heat‐driven simulations.

Cosmology and Science Education: Problems and Promises
Cosmology differs in some respects significantly from other sciences, primarily because of its intimate association with issues of a conceptual and philosophical nature.

ELABELA Targets Mitochondria to Modulate Heart Development
The role of peptide ELABELA (ELA) in cardiomyocyte apoptosis and congenital heart disease (CHD) is unclear. ELA deficiency caused cardiomyocyte apoptosis and CHD. A novel ELA‐APJ‐AKT‐BCL2/BAX axis in regulating mitochondrial function and contributing to CHD pathogenesis was established.
