An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Bio‐based and (semi‐)synthetic zwitterion‐modified novel materials and fully synthetic next‐generation alternatives show the importance of material design for different biomedical applications. The zwitterionic character affects the physiochemical behavior of the material and deepens the understanding of chemical interaction mechanisms within the ...

Uniaxial accelerated creep constitutive model of rock considering damage and hardening
In view of the lack of understanding and description of nonlinear characteristics and accelerated creep deformation law in current rock creep research, and the difficulty of existing models to fully reflect the coupling effect of damage and hardening in ...

Module degradation catalyzed by metal-encapsulation reactions [PDF]
Four major properties are considered to be relevant in determining service life of a photovoltaic module: (1) Mechanical: creep resistance, modulus, tensile strength; (2) Optical: integrated transmission at 0.4 to 1.1 m wavelength; (3) Chemical ...

Low-cycle thermal-mechanical fatigue as an accelerated creep test
AbstractAn accelerated creep test (ACT) has been developed for ferritic/martensitic creep resistant steels and weld metals, aiming to speed-up the microstructure transformation to the same extent like it occurs during real multi-year creep. Using low-cycle thermal-mechanical fatigue on Gleeble physical simulator, the compositions of precipitated phases,

A spleen‐targeting hybrid nanoplatform (RBCMV‐LNP‐RP) harnessing erythrophagocytosis mimics senescent red blood cell clearance to achieve spleen‐specific delivery of rapamycin. This biomimetic system enables selective accumulation in splenic macrophages, orchestrating systemic immune reprogramming and promoting mucosal healing in an inflammatory bowel ...

A multivalent antiviral platform based on honeycomb‐shaped DNA nanostructures (HC–Urumin) is developed to enhance the potency and breadth of the host defense peptide Urumin. Through spatially patterned trimeric presentation, HC–Urumin disrupts influenza A virus entry, improves cell viability, and reduces disease severity in vivo‐offering a modular and ...
