A Study on the Accelerated Life Test for Hydraulic Cylinders

open access: yes, 2011
The approach to estimating the life-stress model and the model parameters for X-series hydraulic cylinders was studied, and the theories and statistical methods related to the reliability index under normal stress were reproduced precisely through the ...

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

RELIABILITY OPTIMUM DESIGN OF CONFIDENCE SAMPLES FOR CONSTANT-STRESS ACCELERATED LIFE TEST BASED ON WEIBULL DISTRIBUTION

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2019
In order to realize the rapid reliability evaluation of long-life and high reliability products at a normal stress level, the reliability statistical model of Arrhenius—Weibull was established, by using the Weibull distributions products with the ...

Research of the Test Method of Double Stress Step-down Acceleration Life for Harmonic Reducer

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2020
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and imperfect test scheme of the existing accelerated life test of the harmonic reducer, a double stress step-down accelerated life test method is proposed. Taking the harmonic reducer for industrial robots as the

Optimal Design of Accelerated Life Test Plan for Test Standard of a Manufacturer Making Multi-Series Products

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
To win fierce competition, a manufacturer would produce multi-series products to meet the diverse needs of customers. These products shall comply with the same test standard to estimate reliability before being launched into market.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Characteristic and Self-Life Test of Food Bar with Combination of White Millet, Snakehead Fish and Soy Flour

open access: yesCaraka Tani: Journal of Sustainable Agriculture, 2019
Emergency food is needed when a disaster occurs. Emergency conditions encourage the provision of food that is ready to eat with sensory properties that can be accepted by the community, has sufficient nutrient content to meet the body's caloric needs and

Statistical Analysis of Inverse Weibull Constant-Stress Partially Accelerated Life Tests with Adaptive Progressively Type I Censored Data

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
In life-testing investigations, accelerated life testing is crucial since it reduces both time and costs. In this study, constant-stress partially accelerated life tests using adaptive progressively Type I censored samples are taken into account. This is

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
