An imprecise statistical method for accelerated life testing using the power-Weibull model
Accelerated life testing provides an interesting challenge for quantification of the uncertainties involved, in particular due to the required linking of the units’ failure times, or failure time distributions, at different stress levels.

Optimal Robot Motion for Accelerated Life Testing of a 6-DoF Industrial Robot
In order to verify the reliability of drive components for industrial robots, component-level life tests must be accompanied by a system-level life test using actual robots in which predefined robot motions are repeated throughout the test.

Accelerated Life Tests Electrochemical Accumulators
The theoretical basis of the method of accelerated life tests of nickel-cadmium batteries have been considered. The effect of self-discharge of a resource of nickel-cadmium batteries running in standby mode is shown. The effect of temperature on the rate of self-discharge Ni-Cd batteries is shown.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
