A crystal plasticity FEM investigation of a Cu single crystal processed by accumulative roll-bonding
In this study, texture modelling of a copper single crystal processed by accumulative roll-bonding (ARB) was conducted for the first time. A crystal plasticity finite element method (CPFEM) model was developed, and the predicated textures were validated ...

Laminated TRIP/TWIP Steel Composites Produced by Roll Bonding
In order to investigate the roll bonding of high-alloy transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) and twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steel, roll-bonded sheets of the TRIP and TWIP steel were manufactured starting from hot rolling, followed by brushing ...

Production of Al/Mg-Li composite by the accumulative roll bonding process
Although Mg-Li alloys have been recognized as super-light structural alloys which have considerable ductility, weak strength and low corrosion resistance have limited their applications.

EBSD characterization of an IF steel processed by Accumulative Roll Bonding
The objective of this work is to study the texture and microstructure evolution of an IF steel deformed by Accumulative Roll Bonding (ARB) using Electron Backscatter Diffraction. Texture changes occur with increasing number of ARB cycles. For the early cycles, the main components are the α and γ fiber components characteristic of steels.
