In patients with atrioventricular block undergoing left bundle branch area pacing, shorter post‐pacing QRS duration was associated with cardiac reverse remodeling. Post‐pacing QRS duration may represent a simple and clinically applicable electrocardiographic marker for identifying patients more likely to achieve reverse remodeling.

Clinical Utility of HeartInsight Score Variability in the Management of Patients With Heart Failure
HeartInsight threshold elevation alone may be insufficient to predict heart failure hospitalization. Monitoring daily variability in HeartInsight score may improve prediction of heart failure exacerbation, even in patients without threshold elevation or alert activation.
