Ryanodine‐1‐Calstabin Complex Stabilizers in Antidoping Research: Synthesis, Metabolism, and Characterization

open access: yesChemPlusChem, Volume 91, Issue 1, January 2026.
RYR‐stabilizers such as S107, JTV‐519, ARM 036, and ARM 210 are emerging doping‐relevant compounds due to their performance‐enhancing effects on leaky skeletal muscle Ca2+ channels. To support proactive antidoping efforts, all four compounds were synthesized and their in vitro metabolism was systematically investigated.

Ligase‐Catalyzed Transcription and Reverse Transcription of XNA by T3 DNA Ligase

open access: yesCurrent Protocols, Volume 6, Issue 1, January 2026.
Abstract The growing utility of xeno‐nucleic acids (XNAs) lies in their ability to extend the reach of genetic chemistry beyond the limits imposed by natural polymers. XNAs, with their diverse chemical backbones, resist enzymatic degradation and yet retain the capacity for sequence‐defined information, and have found broad applications in biotechnology.

3D‐Printed Hydrogels from Recycled Cellulose for Biomedical Applications

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 19, Issue 1, January 2026.
Cellulose recovered from textile waste was transformed into photo‐crosslinkable hydrogels and processed by light‐induced 3D‐printing. The resulting elastic, shape‐stable structures demonstrate high printing fidelity and highlight the potential of recycled textiles as a more sustainable source for hydrogel‐based wound patch materials.
