Defining a CMV viral load threshold for pre‐emptive therapy in paediatric haematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients

Moving Beyond G‐CSF Mobilization—Learning From a 15‐Year Experience of Different Stem Cell Mobilization Regimens in Multiple Myeloma

We analysed our 15‐year data of various stem‐cell mobilization regimens in myeloma. Cyclophosphamide‐based chemo‐mobilization regimens with or without Bortezomib have the advantage of higher total stem‐cell yield, while they are equivalent to G‐CSF + Plerixafor for harvest in a single apheresis. Bortezomib + GCSF is an inferior regimen for mobilization.

The role of blinatumomab in adult acute B lymphoblastic leukaemia

Blinatumomab, a CD19‐directed bispecific T‐cell engager, has become a crucial part of BCP‐ALL therapy in r/r disease, MRD‐positive disease and has recently been implemented into first‐line therapy of BCP‐ALL. This review discusses important clinical trials with a focus on blinatumomab in first‐line therapy of adult BCP‐ALL.
