GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

Metals complexation with humic acids in surface water of different natural–climatic zones
Humic acids extracted from different soils. The stability constants of metal humates and acid dissociation constant humic acids were calculated. Forms of metals in natural waters was determined with use account their chemical composition and content and ...

Relations between the dissociation constants of dibasic acids [PDF]
The relationships between the molecular pK values of a dibasic acid, its titration pK values and the pH values at which the concentration of monohydronated species is half-maximal are presented. These enable any pair of the values to be found from any other pair.

Recent insights into the molecular mechanism of ubiquinol oxidation by cytochrome bc1
The review reflects on the mechanism of the catalytic reaction in cytochrome bc1: the electron bifurcation that involves the separation of two electrons derived from the quinol oxidation to opposite sides of the enzyme across the membrane. This review summarizes the long‐standing effort to understand the mechanism of quinol oxidation catalyzed by ...

Effect of ionic strength on the stabilities of ciprofloxacin – Metal complexes
Proton–ligand dissociation constant of 1-cyclopropyl-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl) quinolone-3-carboxylic acid is ciprofloxacin and metal–ligand stability constants of its complexes with some metal ions have been determined potentiometrically in ...

Near‐surface deuterium enrichment profiles for different microstructural types of TiAl after exposure at 700 °C in a heavy water‐containing environment. The deuterium levels are significantly higher than expected from natural occurrence, indicating that the heavy water dissociated during the exposure treatment and entered the specimens.
