Single‐cell analysis identifies transitional CXCL14+ myofibroblastic cancer‐associated fibroblasts (myCAFs) predominantly exist in the advanced‐stage lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Transitional CXCL14+ myCAFs fuel metastasis by promoting epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) and angiogenesis on the spatial level.

Transcriptomic and Histological Characterization of Telocytes in the Human Dorsal Root Ganglion
Schematic summary of the presence and characteristics of putative telocytes in human dorsal root ganglia (DRG). In‐depth in silico analysis of sequencing data suggests the presence of nine distinct telocyte subtypes in human DRG and defined more than 3000 predicted receptor–ligand interactions between neurons and telocytes.

A Novel ACKR2-Dependent Role of Fibroblast-Derived CXCL14 in Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition and Metastasis of Breast Cancer [PDF]
Abstract Purpose: Fibroblasts expressing the orphan chemokine CXCL14 have been previously shown to associate with poor breast cancer prognosis and promote cancer growth. This study explores the mechanism underlying the poor survival associations of stromal CXCL14.

Tertiary Lymphoid Structure in Dental Pulp: The Role in Combating Bacterial Infections
TLS is involved in the immune responses to cancer and other chronic inflammatory conditions, often associated with favorable clinical outcomes. In this context, dental pulp serves as an ideal model for chronic infection, and is used here to elucidate the specific contributions of TLS to the immune response and to identify the drivers of its formation ...

Effect of neutrophils on tumor immunity and immunotherapy resistance with underlying mechanisms
Abstract Neutrophils are key mediators of the immune response and play essential roles in the development of tumors and immune evasion. Emerging studies indicate that neutrophils also play a critical role in the immunotherapy resistance in cancer. In this review, firstly, we summarize the novel classification and phenotypes of neutrophils and describe ...

We found that DILI promotes liver metastasis of colorectal cancer in a classic DILI mouse model. Further analysis using high‐throughput transcriptome sequencing and proteomics identified ORM2 as a key gene that promotes liver metastasis. ORM2 upregulation enhances tumor cell migration by promoting EMT of tumor cells and increasing the expression of ...
