Comparison of the Calibrated Automated Thrombogram Using Standard and Low Plasma Volumes in Dogs

open access: yesVeterinary Clinical Pathology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Thrombin generation assessment using calibrated automated thrombography (CAT) requires a standard volume of plasma (80 μL) and reagent (20 μL) run in triplicate. A CAT method using lower plasma and reagent volumes could benefit veterinary patients as it lowers the sampling burden in patients.

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, Volume 30, Issue 2, Page 168-175, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Background The delipid extracorporeal lipoprotein filter from plasma (DELP) treatment can effectively reduce blood lipid, increase blood flow, and improve neurological deficits in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). However, its effect on vision and retinal microcirculation in stroke patients has never been reported.

Treatment of acquired hemophilia A [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis, 2007
Acquired hemophilia A (AH) is an autoimmune disease that leads to potentially severe bleeding. Management relies on rapid and accurate diagnosis, control of bleeding episodes and eradication of the inhibitor by immunosuppression. There is extensive literature about the disease but only few controlled data are available.

Single Cell Analysis Reveals the Presence of Novel Intermediate Cells in Both Mice and Patients With Severe MASLD

open access: yesThe FASEB Journal, Volume 40, Issue 6, 31 March 2026.
Schematic overview of the experimental workflow combining single‐cell RNA sequencing and spatial proteomics in a murine model of MASLD. Tissues were isolated, dissociated, and processed for single‐cell transcriptomic profiling to identify distinct cellular clusters and define cell‐type–specific gene expression signatures. Computational analysis enabled
