ACRA Perfusion Study.

Circulation. Cardiovascular interventions, 2020
Transradial intervention (TRI) may impair digital perfusion with hand dysfunction as a result. However, the effect of TRI on digital perfusion has never been investigated, including the influence of variations of the collateral arterial network and the effect on hand dysfunction. We investigated the effect of TRI on digital perfusion by laser Doppler ...

Molecular Construction of a Multidrug Exporter System, AcrAB: Molecular Interaction between AcrA and AcrB, and Cleavage of the N-Terminal Signal Sequence of AcrA

Journal of Biochemistry, 2000
The AcrAB system of Escherichia coli is an intrinsic efflux protein with a broad substrate specificity. AcrA was thought to be localized in the periplasmic space, and to be linked to AcrB and TolC. The AcrAB-TolC system directly exports diverse substrates from the cell interior to the medium.

Contextualizing Russia's Ratings Agency: ACRA

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2016
Russia’s new Ratings Agency (ACRA) replaces the major international agencies (Moody’s, S&P, Fitch) for the purposes of assessing credit quality and assigning credit ratings to domestic borrowers in Russia. This discussion paper contextualizes this development as part of the broader trend in corporate leveraging in emerging markets and the risks to ...

ACRA: Adaptive clustering resource allocation for vehicle to vehicle communications

2017 Tenth International Conference on Mobile Computing and Ubiquitous Network (ICMU), 2017
Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication service is one of the important building block for the applications of the next generation wireless network (5G networks) and is already included in 3GPP Rel-13. The key requirements for V2V communication services are to provide an ultra-reliable and low-latency communication.

AcrA is a highly asymmetric protein capable of spanning the periplasm.

Journal of molecular biology, 1999
AcrA protein is a component of the multi-drug efflux complex AcrAB-TolC of Escherichia coli. Judged by the hypersusceptibility phenotype of acrA mutants, the AcrAB-TolC system pumps out an extraordinarily wide variety of antibiotics, chemotherapeutic agents, detergents and dyes. This complex traverses both the inner and outer membranes of E.

Sensitivity of Escherichia coli acrA mutants to psoralen plus near-ultraviolet radiation

Mutation Research, 1982
The sensitivity to psoralen plus near-ultraviolet radiation (PUVA) was compared in a pair of E. coli strains differing at the acrA locus. Survival was determined for both bacteria and phage lambda. AcrA mutant cells were 40 times more sensitive than wild type to the lethal effect of PUVA.
