, 1991 의학과/박사[한글] 정자가 난자와 수정될수 있는 능력을 갖기 위해서는 여성생식기도에서 일정시간 머므르면서 생리적 기능적 변화를 겪어야 하는데 이 현상을 정자의 수정능력 획득 이라고 하며 또한 실제로 정자가 난자의 보호막에 침입하기 직전 또는 침입시에 정자의 첨체반응이 따라야 한다. 첨체반응은 정자 두부의 적도판대의 상부인 첨체부에 원형질막과 첨체외막이 부분적으로 융합하여 포상화되면서 첨체의 내용물인 첨체효소가 외부로 방출되는 현상이다.
