LGP2 plays a critical role in sensitizing mda-5 to activation by double-stranded RNA.
The DExD/H box RNA helicases retinoic acid-inducible gene-I (RIG-I) and melanoma differentiation associated gene-5 (mda-5) sense viral RNA in the cytoplasm of infected cells and activate signal transduction pathways that trigger the production of type I ...

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Radar Signal Recognition Based on CSRDNN Network
It is essential to achieve the high-accuracy recognition of low probability of intercept (LPI) radar signals in modern electronic warfare. However, under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the recognition accuracy of the LPI radar signals is relatively low.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Inequalities for analytic functions associated with hyperbolic cosine function
In this paper, we investigate the geometric properties of a specific subclass of analytic functions satisfying the condition f' (z) ≺ cosh(√ z) meaning that the function f '(z) is subordinate to the function cosh(√ z).
