Active‐layer‐thickness dependence of Rabi splitting energies in ZnO microcavities
physica status solidi c, 2012AbstractWe have investigated the active‐layer‐thickness dependence of Rabi splitting energies in ZnO microcavities. We fabricated ZnO microcavities using rf magnetron sputtering for the HfO2/SiO2 distributed Bragg reflector and pulsed‐laser deposition for the ZnO active layer.

Performance Optimization of P3HT:PCBM Solar Cells by Controlling Active Layer Thickness
2015Optimization of organic solar cells (OSCs) active layer thickness for improved performance has been investigated for P3HT:PCBM hybrid bulk heterojunction OSCs. Active layers in the range 65-266 nm were produced using a conventional device structure (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/Al).
