Detection of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) in plasma samples from EGFR‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer patients. Plasma was collected before and during treatment with the EGFR‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib. Plasma eccDNA was detected in all cancer samples, and the presence of the EGFR gene on eccDNA serves as a potential biomarker ...

Urinary LGALS3BP is elevated in bladder cancer patients compared to healthy controls as detected by the 1959 antibody–based ELISA. The antibody shows enhanced reactivity to the high‐mannose glycosylated variant secreted by cancer cells treated with kifunensine (KIF).

HSI-IPNet: Hyperspectral Imagery Inpainting by Deep Learning With Adaptive Spectral Extraction
Feature representation is the key to the hyperspectral images (HSI) inpainting. Existing works mainly focus on using spectral and temporal auxiliary images to inpainting the corrupted region, which were proved to be low robust for all bands missing and ...

Optically Active Trimethylcvclopropanecarboxylic Acids
Four optically active trimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acids were prepared from chrysanthemic acids, and their absolute configurations were determined on the basis of chrysanthemic acids whose configuration were already known. Toxicities of several rethronyl esters towards housflies were compared with those of chrysanthemic acids and the cis-acids were ...

HDAC4 is degraded by the E3 ligase FBXW7. In colorectal cancer, FBXW7 mutations prevent HDAC4 degradation, leading to oxaliplatin resistance. Forced degradation of HDAC4 using a PROTAC compound restores drug sensitivity by resetting the super‐enhancer landscape, reprogramming the epigenetic state of FBXW7‐mutated cells to resemble oxaliplatin ...
