This study demonstrates multifactorial lifestyle impacts on the pathogenesis and progression of cardiovascular diseases by a nanofluorescence sensor array for detecting four redox species and protein phosphorylation levels. Through cross‐scale fluorescence imaging of rats with different diets, we revealed that compared with single dietary interventions,

PEA nanoenzymes are assembled from L‐arginine and EGCG. The nitrogen element in arginine enhances the thermodynamic feasibility of H2O2 production through PEA's oxygen reduction catalysis, enabling nitrogen‐dependent H2O2 release. Intradermal delivery of PEA via microneedles promotes efficient H2O2 synthesis, thereby stimulating regrowth in telogen ...

“Time Is Brain” – for Cell Therapies
The concept that “time is brain” extends to stem cell therapy for stroke. Evidence across preclinical and clinical studies indicates that delivery timing shapes graft survival, integration, and efficacy by matching the evolving post‐stroke microenvironment.

Resilient Calvarial Bone Marrow Supports Retinal Repair in Type 2 Diabetes
Skull bone (calvarium) marrow in diabetic mice stay structurally intact and keeps making blood cells, unlike the bone marrow of the leg bones. The skull marrow is exposed to cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which contains protective molecules called oxysterols.

Compared to untargeted therapy, the targeted nanocarrier, Angiopep‐2‐conjugated Lipid Nanoparticle (A‐LNP) loaded with TGN‐020 (TGN), selectively accumulated in stroke‐injured regions. It suppressed local aquaporin‐4 (AQP4) overexpression, thereby alleviating cerebral edema and hypoperfusion while preserving global glymphatic clearance.
