Epigenetic Clock Analysis of Sex Chromosome Aneuploidies
Next‐generation epigenetic clocks indicate lower age acceleration and slower pace of aging in 47,XXY than 46,XX, 46,XY, and 47,XYY. A first‐generation clock (Skin & Blood) indicates higher age acceleration in 47,XXY and 47,XYY than 46,XY, while higher naïve CD8+ T in 47,XXY than both 46,XY and 46,XX suggests reduced immunosenescence.

SCF and TSLP expression are known to drive unique immune responses leading to the onset of allergic and inflammatory diseases. Here, we describe the characterization of a novel bsAb, CDX‐622, that targets SCF and TSLP. CDX‐622 inhibits MC functions through SCF starvation and Type 2 inflammatory responses via TSLP inhibition.

VEXAS syndrome is a late‐onset inflammatory disorder with rheumatological and haematological features. Epidemiological studies of VEXAS syndrome so far have been limited. Analysis of various UK cohorts estimates the incidence of VEXAS to be 1.51/100 000, or 171 new cases in the population of men over the age of 50 who are being investigated for myeloid
