Control Optimization of Stochastic Systems Based on Adaptive Correction CKF Algorithm

open access: yesInternational Journal of Aerospace Engineering, 2020
Standard cubature Kalman filter (CKF) algorithm has some disadvantages in stochastic system control, such as low control accuracy and poor robustness.

Analogue Adaptive Filters Using Wave Synthesis Technique

open access: yes, 2004
This paper describes new analogue adaptive filters based on wave synthesis technique. To facilitate simple adaptation process and stability checks, adaptive series and parallel wave adaptors with only one variable coefficient are developed including a ...

An Efficient Scheme for Broadband Adaptive Beamforming

open access: yes, 1999
This paper introduces an oversampled subband approach to linearly constrained minimum variance adaptive broadband beamforming. This method is motivated by the considerable reduction in computation over fullband implementation and resulting large ...

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

Adaptive System Identification with Tap-Assignment in Oversampled and Critically Sampled Subbands

open access: yes, 1997
Adaptation of the tap profile in subband adaptive system identification problems can further enhance the efficient use of computational resources if implemented on a DSP with an otherwise too tight benchmark performance.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Adaptive H2/H∞ Filter for Integrated Navigation System

open access: yes, 2014
Conventional H∞filter is much more conservative, as the filter parameters are set in the initial while Kalman filter requires the statistical properties of noise accurately.

Discrete-Time Sliding Mode Filter with Adaptive Gain

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2016
In feedback control of mechatronic systems, sensor signals are usually noisy and uncertain because of measurement errors and environmental disturbances. Such uncertainty and noise of feedback signals may cause instability of the controlled systems.
