Lactylation‐Driven PROS1‐TYRO3‐CARF Signaling Promotes Therapy‐Induced Senescence Escape and Radioresistance in Meningioma

A glycolysis‐driven epigenetic switch promotes therapy resistance in meningioma. Increased lactate production enhances histone H3K27 lactylation, which activates PROS1 secretion. Secreted PROS1 engages TYRO3 signaling to degrade the senescence regulator CARF, allowing cancer cells to escape growth arrest.

Carcinoembryonic Antigen Messenger RNA in Pelvic Lavage Fluid Predicts Local Recurrence After Curative‐Intent Resection of Rectal Cancer

Pelvic lavage carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) mRNA was quantified in 178 patients undergoing curative‐intent resection for rectal cancer. Positive pelvic lavage CEA mRNA was significantly associated with local recurrence and provided additional prognostic information beyond circumferential resection margin (CRM) status.

Reduced‐Port Versus Multi‐Port Laparoscopic Colectomy for Colorectal Cancer: A Systematic Review, Meta‐Analysis, and Meta‐Regression

Reduced‐port laparoscopic colectomy (RPLC) for colorectal cancer offers modest intraoperative benefits, including shorter operative time and lower blood loss, while maintaining comparable postoperative recovery, lymph node yield, and complication rates to multi‐port laparoscopic colectomy (MPLC).
