Abstract Background and Purpose Rare but severe adverse events (AEs) associated with mRNA‐lipid nanoparticle (LNP) COVID‐19 vaccines, such as Comirnaty, include anaphylaxis and inflammatory organ disorders, but their underlying mechanisms are poorly understood. We aimed to develop an animal model to study these phenomena.

Hypericin Suppresses Liver Cancer Through Autophagic Degradation of AKT and Eliciting Antitumor Immune Response

Hypericin induces autophagic AKT degradation by promoting AKT‐HSPA5 interaction in an S473 phosphorylation‐dependent manner, suppressing HCC growth. Mitochondrial Morphology Dynamics Remodel Metabolism and Affect TKI Sensitivity in EGFR‐Mutated Lung Cancer

TKI treatment promotes mitochondrial fission and metabolic reprogramming toward oxidative phosphorylation in residual EGFR‐mutant lung cancer cells. Targeting this metabolic vulnerability restores TKI sensitivity and provides a promising strategy to overcome acquired resistance.
