The safety and efficacy of nusinersen treatment in 33 patients with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 are presented. Hematological and renal parameters, including urine protein, urine creatinine, and the urine protein‐to‐creatinine ratio, were assessed before each nusinersen injection.
