The location of the nontrivial poles of a generalized zeta function is derived from the spectrum of Ramanujan graphs and bounds are established for irregular graphs. The existence of a similarity transformation of the diagonal matrix given by a specified

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

New constructions of nonregular cospectral graphs
We consider two types of joins of graphs G1{G}_{1} and G2{G}_{2}, G1⊻G2{G}_{1}\hspace{0.33em}⊻\hspace{0.33em}{G}_{2} – the neighbors splitting join and G1∨=G2{G}_{1}\mathop{\vee }\limits_{=}{G}_{2} – the nonneighbors splitting join, and compute ...

On the spectral determinations of the connected multicone graphs
In this study we investigate the spectra of the family of connected multicone graphs. A multicone graph is defined to be the join of a clique and a regular graph. Let , and be natural numbers, and let denote a complete graph on vertices.

Hypergraphs and hypermatrices with symmetric spectrum
It is well known that a graph is bipartite if and only if the spectrum of its adjacency matrix is symmetric. In the present paper, this assertion is dissected into three separate matrix results of wider scope, which are extended also to hypermatrices. To

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These

The coalescence of multi-wheel and starlike graphs is DLS [PDF]
The Laplacian spectrum of a graph is obtained by taking the difference of the adjacency spectrum from the diagonal matrix of degrees. If a graph has a unique Laplacian spectrum, it means that it can be identified by this spectrum, it is called $DLS ...

The spectral characterization of the connected multicone graphs
A multicone graph is defined to be the join of a clique and a regular graph. Let , and be natural numbers, and let and denote a complete graph and a complete bipartite graph, respectively.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Spectra of the extended neighborhood corona and extended corona of two graphs
In this paper we define extended corona and extended neighborhoodcorona of two graphs $G_{1}$ and $G_{2}$, which are denoted by$G_{1}\bullet G_{2}$ and $G_{1}\ast G_{2}$ respectively.
