Organic AIE Nanoradiosensitizer Potentiates X‐Ray Triggered Continuous Reactive Oxygen Species Generation for Potent Cancer Radioimmunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Herein, a glutathione‐responsive system (named THN) is prepared for X‐ray‐triggered sustained ROS generation for efficient antitumor immunotherapy. The double‐promoting ROS generation of THN induced massive immunogenic cancer cell death and polarized M2 macrophages into the M1 phenotype for enhanced antitumor immunotherapy.

Nonlinear Conductive Graphene Composites for Pressure Sensing with a Linear Response and Voltage‐Driven Thermal Correction

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A nonlinear conductive graphene composite (NcGc) layer, incorporating a conductive laser‐reduced graphene oxide layer, is assembled into flexible pressure sensors without microstructural designs, achieving high sensitivity (742.3 kPa−1) and a wide linear sensing range (>800 kPa).

Rational Development of a Novel Emulgel Adjuvant for Single‐Shot Effective Vaccination: A Multivariate Analysis Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Using multivariate analysis, a novel emulgel adjuvant is developed by combining key nanoemulsion formulation variables–hydrogel trapping, small globule size, and mannide monooleate surfactant–achieving 10× greater immunogenicity than MF59 in mice after a single shot.
