PRMT5/Sohlh2/Sirt1 Signaling Pathway in Vascular Endothelial Cells Modulates Lung Metastasis of Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

The cover image shows that vascular endothelial cells play an important role in lung metastasis of TNBC. Endothelial Sohlh2 acts as a gatekeeper against TNBC lung metastasis by limiting endothelial activation and tumor cell passage. PRMT5 reduces Sohlh2 stability, weakening this protective barrier.

Tyrosinase Driven‐Intracellular Polymerization of a Porphyrin Derivative Induced Immunogenic Death of Melanoma Cells and Strengthened Photodynamic Therapy

This study uses tyrosinase, which is highly expressed in melanoma, to drive porphyrins to polymerize and self‐assemble within tumor cells to form retented microstructures. This process induces immunogenic death and activates immune responses (M1 macrophages, dendritic cells, CD8+T cells), turning “cold” tumors into “hot” tumors.

Real‐World Treatment and Outcomes in Resectable Early‐Stage Non‐Small Cell Cancer: THASSOS‐INTL Australia Cohort

Australia cohort of THASSOS‐INTL; non‐interventional, multicenter, retrospective study provides insights into treatment patterns and associated survival outcomes in patients with resectable stage I‐III NSCLC in the pre‐immunotherapy era. Neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapy was reported in < 10% and < 40% patients, respectively.
