On homotopies of morphisms and admissible mappings [PDF]
AbstractThe notion of homotopy in the category of morphisms introduced by Górniewicz and Granas is proved to be equivalence relation which was not clear for years. Some simple properties are proved and a coincidence point index is described.

Admissible linear map models of linear cameras [PDF]
This paper presents a complete analytical characterization of a large class of central and non-central imaging devices dubbed linear cameras by Ponce~\cite{Pon09}. Pajdla~\cite{Pajdla02} has shown that a subset of these, the oblique cameras, can be modelled by a certain type of linear map.

On the Admissibility of the Fixed Points Set of a Mapping with Respect to Another Mapping [PDF]
Let (M,δ) be a metric space, f:M→M, and g:M→[0,+∞). In this paper, we obtain sufficient conditions under which the set of fixed points of f is g-admissible, i.e., Fix(f)≠∅ and Fix(f)⊂g−10. Some special cases of our main results are discussed and some examples are given.

α-admissible mappings and related fixed point theorems [PDF]
AbstractIn this paper, we prove the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point for certainα-admissible contraction mappings. Our results generalize and extend some well-known results on the topic in the literature. We consider some examples to illustrate the usability of our results.MSC:46N40, 47H10, 54H25, 46T99.

Solving integral equations via admissible contraction mappings
In this article, we introduce a new concept of admissible contraction and prove fixed point theorems which generalize Banach contraction principle in a different way more than in the known results from the literature. The article includes an example which shows the validity of our results, and additionally we obtain a solution of integral ...

New Fixed Point Theorems for Admissible Hybrid Maps
The aim of this work is to investigate the concept of a new hybrid Suzuki contractive by using the Rus-Reich-Ćirić-type interpolative mappings in b -metric spaces. We seek the presence and uniqueness of a fixed point of such new contraction type mappings and prove ...

Existence and Uniqueness of Fixed Points of Generalized F-Contraction Mappings
The newest generalization of the Banach contraction through the notions of the generalized F-contraction, simulation function, and admissible function is introduced.

Best Proximitiy Point Results for Geraghty Type ?-Proximal Contractions with an Application
In this study, we establish the existence and uniqueness theorems of the best proximity points for Geraghty type ?-proximal contractions defined on a complete metric space.

In this paper, by using admissible mapping, Wong type contraction mappings are extended and investigated in the framework of quasi-metric spaces to guarantee the existence of fixed points. We consider examples to illustrate the main results.

On {$\alpha _{\,\beta }$}-contractive and admissible mappings
Summary: In this paper, we introduce the concept of a pair $(f,h)$ called upper class of type II and $\alpha_{\,\beta}$-contractive mappings. We obtain that all the corresponding established results of \textit{N. Hussain} et al. [J. Inequal. Appl. 2013, Paper No. 114, 11 p. (2013; Zbl 1293.54023)] are immediate consequences of our main result. Our main
