Hardware Implementation of an ADRC Controller on a Gimbal Mechanism
IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, 2018Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is applied to a one-axis gimbal mechanism. The dynamic model of the system is derived and validated from mathematical modeling and practical experiments. Disturbances acting on the complete model of the gimbal mechanism are introduced via base lateral acceleration and angular motion.

A review on ADRC based PMSM control designs
IECON 2017 - 43rd Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2017Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is extensively used in industries. Recently, active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) based control designs stand out due to advantages for a complex uncertain PMSM servo system. A general design procedure for the ADRC based PMSM control is discussed at the beginning.

UUV trajective tracking control based on ADRC
2016 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Biomimetics (ROBIO), 2016In consider of docking task of AUV and underwater moving platform, an AUV tracking controller is designed. In this controller, target trajectory is calculated to determine AUV expected velocity and heading angle, during which, Lyapunov stability law is followed.

On frequency-domain analysis of ADRC for uncertain system
2013 American Control Conference, 2013The paper investigates the frequency properties of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) for a typical class of linear time invariant uncertain system. Firstly, it is shown that the ADRC based closed-loop can be stabilized by designing the bandwidth of extended state observer (ESO).

ADRC for systems with unobservable and unmatched uncertainty
2016 35th Chinese Control Conference (CCC), 2016This paper studies the ability of ADRC for systems with unobservable and unmatched uncertainty. First the definition of observability for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems is given and an observability condition is proposed. Then the paper discusses how to transform the unobservable and unmatched uncertainty into the total disturbance, which is ...

Control and simulation of the ABS based on ADRC
2009 Chinese Control and Decision Conference, 2009The control method for the Anti- lock braking system (ABS) of Wheel was studied. A quarter dynamic model of vehicle was given based on Magic formulation firstly, then ABS controller was developed based on ADRC with the aim at anticipant slippage. Simulation results were given at different conditions, includes representative road, road changed suddenly ...

Decentralized ADRC for LFC in Deregulated Environments
International Journal of Engineering Practical Research, 2015Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method is investigated in this paper to design decentralized load frequency controllers (LFC) for deregulated multiāarea power systems. ADRC can treat the connections among control areas and the effects of possible contracts as new disturbance signals, and uses an extended state observer (ESO) to estimate and

ADRC for Uncertain Systems with Time-Delay
2009The majority of control systems are operated by proportional-integral- derivative (PID) controllers, which dates back to 1922 ([135], [110], [220]) well before classical and modern control theory were born. Today, much work has been done related to systems with time-delays, see for example, ([188], [189], [154], [126]) and references therein. It should
