With the merit of simple algorithm, strong robustness and anti-interference capability the ADRC not relying on the accurate math mode of controlled plant has caught the attention of control experts and scholars; but the parameter self-tuning of ADRC isnpsilat as easy as PID controller, because there are more parameters to be turned.

Scholars reflect on first ADRC‐REC cycle
Alzheimer's & Dementia, 2023AbstractBackgroundIn 2018, the National Institute on Aging introduced Research Education Components (RECs) within the Alzheimer’s Disease Research Centers (ADRCs) to support educational activities to complement the training of a workforce to meet the nation’s needs in AD and related dementias, and develop the next generation of scientists to lead cross‐

ADRC controller for weightlifter Humanoid robot
2019 International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Computers (CONIELECOMP), 2019The design of a controller using ADRC along with an optimal energy consumption algorithm for the humanoid equilibrium improvement based on the ZMP position is presented. The algorithm was tested on a real small size humanoid robot during a weightlifting process achieving a stability improvement for high extra weightlifting tasks.

On ADRC for photoelectrical stabilized platform
2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering, 2011This paper discusses the ADRC application in the photoelectrical platform for disturbance rejection. Firstly, model of stabilized platform system is established, in which uncertain external load disturbance and unmodelled dynamics are regarded as one integrated disturbance.

Tuning of linear ADRC with known plant information
ISA Transactions, 2016Linear active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is known for its simplicity and its performance in disturbance attenuation. Currently, tuning of linear ADRC (LADRC) is via the bandwidth idea. In this paper, tuning of LADRC with known plant information is investigated. It is shown that there are limitations using only two bandwidths to tune the LADRC

An economic interpretation of ADRC
2011 Chinese Control and Decision Conference (CCDC), 2011Active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC) is a model-independent controller. It has good robustness and adaptability for the controlled systems with nonlinearity, large time delay, and high uncertainty. We notice that, although the previous work has focused mainly on its application in industrial engineering, the basic idea of ADRC also reflects ...

Decoupling Double-Loop Control System with ADRC
2008 3rd International Conference on Innovative Computing Information and Control, 2008An active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) is proposed for decoupling double-loop control system. The ADRC consists of the tracking differentiator, the extended state observer and the nonlinear state error feedback. With this approach, the double-loop system with time delay is treated as two correlated control loops according to the best ...

ADRC applied in chaotic arrhythmic heartbeats control
2015 15th International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems (ICCAS), 2015Control arrhythmic heartbeats has always been an important issue in cardiology. In this work, the capability of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) to suppress the chaotic arrhythmic heartbeats is studied. The modified Van der Pol model is employed as mathematical model to describe the normal and pathological heart rhythms.
