A 7‐year‐old, female, neutered Greek harehound presented with chronic progressive lethargy, dysphonia, episodes of flaccid paralysis of all limbs following excitement or eating, as well as pinnae and tail alopecia, hyperpigmentation and ‘rat tail’.
