Lymphangiomas of the adrenal glands (ALs) are benign vascular lesions. Approximately, 53 cases have been reported in the literature. The current study reviews and analyzes the clinical and pathologic features of all reported ALs and additionally illustrates a typical case of adrenal lymphangioma (AL).
