Imaginary potential of heavy quarkonia from thermal fluctuations in rotating matter from holography

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2023
Using AdS/CFT correspondence, we study the imaginary part of heavy quarkonia potential from thermal fluctuations in a strongly coupled plasma. We perform the analysis in a rotating deformed AdS black-hole background.

Generalized Gribov-Lipatov Reciprocity and AdS/CFT

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, 2010
Planar đ’©=4 SYM theory and QCD share the gluon sector, suggesting the investigation of Gribov-Lipatov reciprocity in the supersymmetric theory. Since the AdS/CFT correspondence links đ’©=4 SYM and superstring dynamics on Ad S 5 × S 5 ,

Scale Invariance and the Ads/CFT Correspondence [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Modern Physics A, 2001
Using the AdS/CFT correspondence, we show that the Anti-de Sitter (AdS) rotating (Kerr) black holes in five and seven dimensions provide us with examples of non-trivial field theories which are scale, but not conformally invariant. This is demonstrated by our computation of the actions and the stress-energy tensors of the four and six dimensional ...

Public Procurement's Long COVID: Emergency Responses and Shifting Corruption Risks in Europe

open access: yesRegulation &Governance, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The COVID‐19 pandemic caused an unprecedented surge in spending to combat the pandemic with widespread accusations of corruption. The magnitude, drivers, and trajectory of corruption across the pandemic response remain underexplored. This paper approximates the impacts of the pandemic on public procurement corruption risks and the mechanisms ...

Note on anomalies in the AdS-CFT correspondence [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 1999
We test the AdS/CFT correspondence in the case of a d=4 N=2 SCFT by comparing chiral anomalies which are of order N in the 't Hooft large N limit. These include corrections of order 1/N to the conformal anomaly, thus testing the correspondence beyond the extreme large N limit.

Are You Qualified, ChatGPT? Examining Clinical Skills and Competencies of ChatGPT in Delivering Systemic Interventions

open access: yesJournal of Marital and Family Therapy, Volume 52, Issue 4, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Large language model agents such as ChatGPT are increasingly used for relationship advice and mental health support, with many users describing these interactions as therapeutic. This study assessed the clinical and cultural competence of a GPT‐based model trained to provide systemic interventions aligned with the AAMFT Code of Ethics and core

EXTREMAL CORRELATORS IN THE ADS/CFT CORRESPONDENCE [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
The non-renormalization of the 3-point functions $tr X^{k_1} tr X^{k_2} tr X^{k_3}$ of chiral primary operators in N=4 super-Yang-Mills theory is one of the most striking facts to emerge from the AdS/CFT correspondence. A two-fold puzzle appears in the extremal case, e.g. k_1 = k_2 + k_3.

Dynamics of Fear‐Generalization Processes and Their Predictive Value for the Development of Anxiety‐Related Psychopathology in Adolescents and Adults: A Study Protocol for a Longitudinal Study

open access: yesInternational Journal of Methods in Psychiatric Research, Volume 35, Issue 3, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Objectives Anxiety disorders involve abnormal fear learning and exaggerated generalization, proposed as potential risk factors. However, it is unclear whether these processes reflect stable vulnerability markers or symptoms of psychopathology, as most research relies on cross‐sectional correlations and few longitudinal studies assess their ...

Open AdS/CFT via a double-trace deformation

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
A concrete model of extracting the physics from the bulk of a gravitational universe is important to the study of quantum gravity and its possible relationship with experiments.

Unveiling the Impact of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on Money Laundering: A Cross‐Countries Analysis

open access: yesJournal of Public Affairs, Volume 26, Issue 3, August 2026.
ABSTRACT The paper aims to test the relationship between SDGs and money laundering levels. The empirical study is based on a panel dataset composed of 117 countries, covering many continents and income levels, over the period 2012–2019. Results reveal that SDGs impact significantly and negatively on money laundering levels.
