Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are increasingly used for multiple cancer types. Hepatotoxicity is a reported adverse event of ICI treatment. It can present as asymptomatic elevation of aspartate transaminase and alanine transaminase or symptomatic hepatitis with fever, malaise, and even death in rare cases.
