KMT5C‐Mediated H4K20me3 Recruits EWSR1 to Propel Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma Progression via Regulating ACADM Transcription and m6A Modification

open access: yesMed Research, EarlyView.
A schematic diagram illustrating the KMT5C‐H4K20me3‐EWSR1‐ACADM signaling axis and its role in ccRCC progression. Key Outcomes: KMT5C/H4K20me3 are upregulated in ccRCC and predict poor prognosis. EWSR1 is a novel noncanonical H4K20me3 reader in ccRCC. KMT5C/EWSR1 co‐repress ACADM via transcription and m6A modification. A‐196 + sunitinib synergistically

Glucagon‐Like Peptide‐1 Receptor Agonist‐Based Agents and Body Composition: Filling More Gaps

open access: yesObesity, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The last 2 decades have seen historic advances in the treatment of obesity. We are entering an era of defining obesity not by weight‐based outcomes but by changes in body composition. Glucagon‐like peptide‐1 receptor agonists (GLP‐1 RAs) are forming the platform for obesity treatments based on their high level of efficacy. Body composition can

Reducing Ammonia Emission during Food Waste Composting and Enhancing Compost Quality Using Different Additives

open access: yesChemistryOpen, EarlyView.
This research successfully reduces the ammonia emission by 45% and achieves good quality compost using additives (lactic acid or acetic acid) and bulking agents (mature compost or sawdust). The study supports Sustainable Development Goals 12 and 13 by promoting waste‐to‐resource option.

Improvements in interoceptive sensibility, pain and functional clinical outcome measures after participation in an interdisciplinary pain management program

open access: yesPM&R, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Altered interoception, the sense of signals from inside the body, is linked to chronic pain. No studies to date have examined whether interoceptive sensibility, one's self‐reported beliefs about the body and tendencies to be internally focused, changes following participation in an interdisciplinary pain management program (IPMP ...
