We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Introduction The selection of the size of a braided stent, such as the flow diverter stent, currently depends on the surgeon’s experience. However, the suitable selection is difficult even for experienced surgeons due to shortening during the deployment.

On F-theory Quiver Models and Kac-Moody Algebras
We discuss quiver gauge models with bi-fundamental and fundamental matter obtained from F-theory compactified on ALE spaces over a four dimensional base space.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

GAPS: Group-wise Affine-Perturbed Serialization for efficient 3D semantic segmentation [PDF]
Space-filling curves (SFCs) have enabled transformers to process massive 3D point clouds with linear complexity by mapping them into 1D sequences. However, standard SFCs rely on fixed, axis-aligned traversal orders, which introduce systematic axial ...

Flat Affine or Projective Geometries on Lie Groups
This paper deals essentially with affine or projective transformations of Lie groups endowed with a flat left invariant affine or projective structure. These groups are called flat affine or flat projective Lie groups.

UiO‐66(Zr) metal–organic frameworks are chemically stable, biocompatible, and highly tunable nanomaterials. Their modular structure enables controlled drug delivery, multimodal bioimaging, and light‐activated photodynamic therapy, supporting integrated diagnostic and therapeutic (theranostic) applications in cancer and biomedical research.

Superstring Theory on pp Waves with ADE Geometries
We study the BMN correspondence between certain Penrose limits of type IIB superstrings on pp-wave orbifolds with $ADE$ geometries, and the set of four-dimensional $\mathcal{N}=2$ superconformal field theories constructed as quiver gauge models ...

Bruck nets and partial Sherk planes
In Bachmann's Aufbau der Geometrie aus dem Spiegelungsbegriff (1959), it was shown that a finite metric plane is a Desarguesian affine plane of odd order equipped with a perpendicularity relation on lines, and conversely.
