Kinds of Pregeometries of Cubic Theories

open access: yesИзвестия Иркутского государственного университета: Серия "Математика", 2022
The description of the types of geometries is one of the main problems in the structural classification of algebraic systems. In addition to the well-known classical geometries, a deep study of the main types of pregeometries and geometries was carried ...

Distribusi Difference dari S-Box Berbasis Fungsi Balikan Pada GF(28)

open access: yesJurnal Matematika, 2016
Substitution-box (s-box) is a basic component of block cipher which performs a substitution. Two powerful cryptanalysis techniques applied to block ciphers are linear cryptanalysis and differential cryptanalysis.

Nutritional Implications of Trade-Offs Between Fresh and Processed Potato Products in the United Kingdom (UK)

open access: yesFrontiers in Nutrition, 2021
The UK ranks eleven among world potato producing countries with annual per capita production of about 102 kg. Since 2007, the price of potatoes has increased by 44 per cent and UK households have shown a decreasing trend on their purchases of potatoes ...

The Computational Complexity of Propositional Cirquent Calculus [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Introduced in 2006 by Japaridze, cirquent calculus is a refinement of sequent calculus. The advent of cirquent calculus arose from the need for a deductive system with a more explicit ability to reason about resources.

Scalar Polynomial Singularities in Power-Law Spacetimes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Recently, Helliwell and Konkowski (\texttt{gr-qc/0701149}) have examined the quantum "healing" of some classical singularities in certain power-law spacetimes.

On Recovering Affine Encodings in White-Box Implementations

open access: yesTransactions on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems, 2018
Ever since the first candidate white-box implementations by Chow et al. in 2002, producing a secure white-box implementation of AES has remained an enduring challenge.

Self-affine tiling via substitution dynamical systems and Rauzy fractals [PDF]

open access: yesPacific Journal of Mathematics, 2002
\textit{G. Rauzy} [Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 110, 147--178 (1982; Zbl 0522.10032)] associated a fractal tiling of \(\mathbb R^d\) to a primitive unimodular Pisot substitution. Here, it is shown that the resulting fractal is the closure of its interior, and that a natural decomposition of the Rauzy fractal is a self-affine multitiling.

Light types for polynomial time computation in lambda-calculus [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
We propose a new type system for lambda-calculus ensuring that well-typed programs can be executed in polynomial time: Dual light affine logic (DLAL). DLAL has a simple type language with a linear and an intuitionistic type arrow, and one modality.
