Phodong (Sikkim) earthquake of 14 February 2006 and its aftershocks-Coulomb stress analysis
The 14 February 2006 Phodong (Sikkim) earthquake of moderate magnitude (Mw 5.3) triggered several aftershocks that were recorded by a local seismic network. The thrust earthquake is part of the continuing earthquake activity in the Himalayan seismic belt

Machine Learning Forecasting of Strong Subsequent Events in New Zealand Using the NESTORE Algorithm
New Zealand, located along the boundary between the Pacific and Australian plates, is among the most seismically active regions in the world. In such an area, reliable short-term forecasting of strong aftershocks is essential for seismic risk mitigation.

Aftershocks in Stress Shadows are Inconsistent with Modeled Static Coulomb Stress Changes
Aftershock triggering is commonly attributed to increases in static Coulomb stress. In some areas, termed "stress shadows", a decrease in Coulomb stress is predicted to suppress earthquake occurrence.

Comparison of the non-proliferation event aftershocks with other Nevada Test Site events
As part of a larger effort to develop technology for on-site inspection of ambiguous underground seismic events, we have been working to identify phenomenology of aftershock seismicity which would be useful for discriminating between nuclear explosions ...
