การประยุกต์ใช้คิวซีเอ็มเซนเซอร์ในการวิเคราะห์อันตรกิริยาเพื่อการตรวจวัด Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans

2023

Tools of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans to Evade the Host Response [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Medicine, 2019
Periodontitis is an infection-induced inflammatory disease that affects the tooth supporting tissues, i.e., bone and connective tissues. The initiation and progression of this disease depend on dysbiotic ecological changes in the oral microbiome, thereby affecting the severity of disease through multiple immune-inflammatory responses.

Stability of the JP2 Clone of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans

Journal of Dental Research, 2009
The JP2 clone of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is strongly associated with aggressive periodontitis. To obtain information about colonization dynamics of the JP2 clone, we used PCR to examine its presence in 365 Moroccan juveniles from whom periodontal plaque samples were collected at baseline and after one and two years. Periodontal attachment

Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans: From Basic to Advanced Research

2022
Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is a major periodontal pathogen that was identified firstly in actinomycotic lesions and later in advanced forms of periodontal diseases as well as in oral cavity of healthy subjects. The particular pathogenicity of this specie makes it a target for extensive studies both at fundamental and practical scales.

Aggregatibacter Actinomycetemcomitans in Down's Syndrome Children

Journal of Clinical Pediatric Dentistry, 2012
Objectives: To investigate the presence of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans (Aa) in Down's syndrome (DS) children in comparison with age-matched normal children and to determine if Aa was acquired during childhood in DS individuals. Study design: 60 DS children and 60 healthy children participated in this cross-sectional study.

Role of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans in glutathione catabolism

Oral Microbiology and Immunology, 2009
Introduction:  Our previous studies demonstrated that three enzymes, γ‐glutamyltransferase (GGT), cysteinylglycinase (CGase) and cystalysin, are required for the catabolism of glutathione to produce hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in Treponema denticola. In this study, we examined glutathione catabolism in Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans. Methods:  The GGT

Influence of different biomaterials on the viability of Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans

Archives of Oral Biology, 2011
The aim of the present in vitro study was to evaluate the effects of different biomaterials used for regenerative periodontal surgery on the growth of the periodontopathogen Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans.Three commercially available biomaterials of synthetic origin (hydroxyapatite/beta-tricalcium phosphate, nanostructured hydroxyapatite paste ...

[Cutaneous infection with Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans].

Der Hautarzt; Zeitschrift fur Dermatologie, Venerologie, und verwandte Gebiete, 2015
Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is a small, gram-negative, non-motile, coccobacillus. Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is known to cause periodontal disease and to be associated with actinomycosis. We report a patient developed a chronic wound following trauma about the right heel.

[A case of mediastinum actinomycosis by Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans].

Revue de pneumologie clinique, 2017
The actinomycosis is a suppurative infection due to an anaerobic and microaerophillic bacteria called actinomyces. Only few case reports are described for the mediastinal locations of this rare entity. We report a new case of inflammatory pseudotumor in the mediastinum due to Aggregatibacte actinomycetemcomitans revealed by hemoptysis.
