A Systematic Comparison of Alpha‐Synuclein Seed Amplification Assays for Increasing Reproducibility
ABSTRACT Seed amplification assays (SAAs) enable ultrasensitive detection of misfolded α‐synuclein across biofluids and tissues. Yet, heterogeneity in protocols limits cross‐study comparability and clinical translation. Here, we review α‐synuclein SAA methods and their performance across various biological matrices.

Predictive Ability of Plasma p‐tau217 for β‐Amyloid Status: A Prospective Multicenter Study
ABSTRACT Objective Plasma tau phosphorylated at threonine 217 (p‐tau217) measured with fully automated platforms has shown high accuracy for Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnosis, but real‐world multicenter data remain limited. We aimed to validate the diagnostic performance of p‐tau217 for identifying AD pathology in a real‐world multicenter cohort ...

ABSTRACT Background Collaterals are crucial factors that influence the infarct growth rate (IGR). We aimed to determine whether a comprehensive multimodal collateral score (MCS), incorporating collateral assessment at the arterial, tissue, and venous levels, is associated with functional independence and provides incremental prognostic value over ...

Hierarchies of aggregation operators
International Journal of Intelligent Systems, 1994This article deals with hierarchies of operators. In particular, we will analyze the problem of amalgamating individual opinions into a single group opinion, based upon hierarchical intensity aggregation rules. Our main goal is to decide whether hierarchical amalgamations are supported from an ethical and rational point of view.

Logics with aggregate operators
Proceedings. 14th Symposium on Logic in Computer Science (Cat. No. PR00158), 2001We study adding aggregate operators, such as summing up elements of a column of a relation, to logics with counting mechanisms. The primary motivation comes from database applications, where aggregate operators are present in all real life query languages.

IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, 2018
Inspired by the real needs of group decision problems, aggregation of ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operators is studied and discussed. Our results can be applied for data acting on any real interval, such as the standard scales $[0,1]$ and $[0,\infty [$ , bipolar scales $[-1,1]$ and $\mathbb {R}=]-\infty, \infty [$ , etc.

DIVERGENCE MEASURES AND AGGREGATION OPERATIONS [PDF]
In this paper we study the relations between divergence measures of two fuzzy sets and other well-known functions, namely aggregation operations and measures of fuzziness. We will show that these functions can be related. Therefore, we study some consequences of these properties as an application; indeed, we obtain some special cases of divergence ...

Aggregation operators with annihilator
International Journal of General Systems, 2005This paper is devoted to the study of a special kind of aggregation operators: commutative, non-decreasing binary operators F on [0,1] with annihilator and such that F(0,0) = 0 and F(1,1) = 1 . A characterization of this kind of operators is given, including many examples and properties in the general case.
