Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1995 本实验检测了６３例鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）活检标本的Ｐ５３蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的阳性细胞数量，核仁组成区嗜银蛋白平均数（ＡＧＮＯＲｓ）及丝状分裂细胞数（ＭＣ）。上述４项指标的水平在间变性大的Ａ亚类ＮＰＣ明显高于间变性小的Ｂ亚类（均Ｐ＜０．０５）．表明这４项指标可以作为判断ＮＰＣ恶性程度和估计预后的辅助指标。Ｐ５３蛋白阳性细胞数量和ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞数量之间呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），这可能是Ｐ５３正常功能丧失，无力阻止ＮＰＣ细胞活跃增生所致。ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞数量与ＡｇＮＯＲｓ和ＭＣ的水平呈正相关（均Ｐ ...
