AgNORs in endometrial lesions.

Silver nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) staining was employed in one hundred specimens of endometrium. These included fifteen normal controls (Proliferative + Secretory endometrium) and eighty five lesions. Endometrial lesions comprised of endometritis (15), endometrial hyperplasia (25) and endometrial carcinoma (45).

HN1 Functions in Protein Synthesis Regulation via mTOR‐RPS6 Axis and Maintains Nucleolar Integrity

HN1 is required for nucleolar homeostasis which is the site of ribosome biogenesis and protein synthesis when its mRNA is knocked down by shRNA, it depletes in cytoplasm and the protein synthesis is downregulated in comparison to controls. Thus, the proliferating cells requiring vast number of nucleosomes, are arrested at S onset.

Abstract We modeled the evolution of the terrestrial Magma Ocean using the short‐lived 182Hf‐182W isotope system (t1/2 = 8.9 Myr) in a multi‐reservoir early Earth. We start with a chondritic Earth at T0 = 4.567 Ga. Core segregates and attains its present‐day mass, W elemental and isotopic (182W/184W) composition by the end of core formation (TCF).
