鼻咽癌前病变及3种组织类型鼻咽癌银染核仁组成区

应用银染技术,对鼻咽上皮不典型增生病变及3种组织类型的鼻咽癌银染核仁组成区(AgNORs)的数量、大小、形态和分布进行观察,结果表明:在不典型增生病变的细胞核内,AgNORs计数低于分化差的癌细胞,而且多为规则型颗粒,甚少见到大型颗粒;但在癌组织中,分化越差的癌细胞,其核内AgNORs量越多、大型颗粒所占比例越高、规则型颗粒所占比例越低。提示AgNORs技术有助于癌前病变的诊断和肿瘤恶性程度的分级.
