Block copolymer microcapsules with ultrathin, perpendicularly perforated membranes are developed through double emulsions, initiated by the diffusion of water into single emulsions. A slippery coating with exceptional anti‐biofouling performance is developed using biocompatible materials for oesophagus stents.
