We have developed a glucose‐triggered on‐demand drug delivery CF‐CPGaMPN hydrogel based on borate ester bonds. It inactivates microbes, releases oxygen, and enables on‐demand drug release in high‐glucose environments to promote healing of diabetic wounds. Thermally Gated Dual‐Cascade Nanozyme for Enhanced Mild‐Temperature Photothermal Therapy

A thermo‐responsive cascade nanozyme (Ru‐GOx‐PNN) synergistically enhances mild photothermal therapy by dual suppression of HSP70 through ROS‐induced lipid peroxidation and ATP depletion. This intelligent system effectively overcomes thermotolerance and amplifies apoptosis, offering a safe and precise strategy for tumor treatment.

To address the limitations of protein‐based ICIs in applications, this study constructed an engineered bacterium, HRB, capable of expressing aCD47 in hypoxic TME. Through the Schiff base reaction, responsive liposomes (LC) loaded with the STING agonist cGAMP were connected to the surface of bacteria to form HRB@LC.
