ABSTRACT We develop the notion of Peskine sixfolds with associated K3 surfaces and cubic fourfolds and work out numerical conditions for when these associations occur. In discriminant 24, the first family for which there is an associated cubic fourfold, we identify the cubic explicitly.

Hilbert's Basis Theorem for Poisson Ore Extensions

ABSTRACT We prove an analogue of Hilbert's basis theorem for Poisson Ore extensions and Poisson Laurent Ore extensions. We also obtain corresponding results for iterated Poisson Ore extensions and iterated Poisson Laurent Ore extensions associated to commuting Poisson‐pairs.

How Much to Sell and When: Optimal Staged Divestiture of Patent‐Linked Royalty Claims Under Risk, Illiquidity, and Finite Horizon

ABSTRACT Patent owners can sell a royalty interest in stages rather than all at once. This paper asks how much to sell now when claim values are uncertain, buyers are costly to reach, and patent expiry limits the time available. A decision model produces sale schedules that adjust to current value, the share retained, and time remaining.
