Early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of central nervous system infections are critical. This study introduces a deep‐learning model utilizing cerebrospinal fluid immune‐cell morphology captured via 3D holotomography. The model effectively predicts infection etiology and prognosis, achieving high accuracy.

Intrinsically Disordered Peptide Nanofibers from a Structured Motif Within Proteins
The sequence (PQYQP), derived from the SRC protein, was combined with the self‐assembly motif (Nap‐FF) to produce intrinsically disordered peptide (IDP) assemblies that form cell‐compatible hydrogels via enzyme‐instructed self‐assembly (EISA). Abstract Intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) are ubiquitous in proteins, orchestrating complex cellular ...

Cystatin C as Biomarker for the Evaluation of Renal Outcome in AL Amyloidosis
ABSTRACT Cystatin C (CysC) has emerged as a novel and potentially more reliable biomarker for the estimation of glomerular filtration in the general population in patients with various conditions. In AL amyloidosis, the current renal staging system and renal response criteria are based on proteinuria and creatinine‐based eGFR.

Supramolecular Gels as Active Tools for Reaction Engineering
The unique combination of environments within gels, self‐assembled from low‐molecular‐weight gelators, offers the ability to control reactivity in new ways, achieving unique reaction outcomes, leading to the emerging concept of supramolecular gels as nanoreactors. Smart chemical engineering methods enable the use of such gels to fabricate materials and
